To verify if you have successfully installed Service Pack 2 of RhinoCAM, do the following:

  • After installation of the Service Pack, launch RhinoCAM.
  • Select the About button in the RhinoCAM menu item
  • Verify that the product version number is 1.0.2.0

Changes in Service Pack 2 (Sep 5, 2008)

  1. Rhino crash when opening a new file after certain Rhino edit operations

To verify if you have successfully installed Service Pack 2 of RhinoCAM, do the following:

  • After installation of the Service Pack, launch RhinoCAM.
  • Select the About button in the RhinoCAM menu item
  • Verify that the product version number is 1.20.0.0

Changes in Service Pack 2 (Apr 20 2006)

  1. Delete key now works in the Browser
  2. Drag & Drop now works in the Mops Browser
  3. 4 Axis Parallel Roughing method now works correctly for large number of cuts
  4. 4 Axis Parallel finishing performance improvement
  5. V-carving performance improvement (10 X)
  6. V-carving gouge under certain tool geometry fixed
  7. Roland CAMMGL output works correctly for rotary axis + ATC + Tool change position
  8. Set MCS dialog computes bounding box only when needed.  This results in performance improvement for large parts
  9. Post output is transformed back to WCS coordinates to handle a special 5 axis machine at Volvo
  10. 4 Axis drilling output now zeros out X or Y coordinates based on rotation axis settings
  11. Shopbot post fix for drilling cycles to output federate command on a separate line when using the Shopbot language
     

Changes in Service Pack 1 (Nov 10, 2005)

  1. RhinoCAM crashes when Boolean operations created additional Rhino objects has been fixed.
  2. CAM data save is attempted only if there is any CAM data to save. Additionally CAM data save is not invoked for clipboard operations.
  3. Large Rhino parts caused performance problems when RhinoCAM was loaded. This has been fixed.
  4. Users wanted the ability to unload RhinoCAM. A new "Unload RhinoCAM" menu option has been added. When the user chooses this, RhinoCAM will not be loaded on the NEXT invocation of Rhino
  5. Toolpath display and animation is now done even in the non-shaded mode.
